Planet lays on the north-eastern part of Gjilan, in an even terrain in the middle of a picturesque valley, home to the Perlepnica Lake.

The complex is a very peculiar structure, surrounded by a rich flora and fauna. It also consists of a restaurant and a mini-zoo. There are hiking trails nearby.
