Built by the end of the 19th century, its history comes to an end after the Kosovo War when it is accidentally burned down and badly destroyed in 2000.
The house belongs to the group of important buildings built between the 18th and 19th century. Its owner Shuaip Pashë Spahiu served as the Minister of Finances during the government of the League of Prizren. The house functioned as a facility for the Ministry.
