The Low Lake is the smallest lake in the Kosovar part of the Sharri mountains. This lake is approximately 15 meters long, 8 meters wide and it has a depth of 70 cm. The lake is a 40 minute walk from the upper neighborhood of the Prevalla village, located basically in the roots of the peak of the Creviced Rock. In the old Yugoslav maps the lake is found under the name of “Donje Jezero”, or in other literature as “mico jezero” which in English would mean small lake. The area’s shepherds simply call it Prevalla’s lake.

Besides its small size, the lake is also has the lowest altitude in the Sharri mountains.
