The Black Lake (in alb. Liqeni i Zi) is located in the North-East from Jazhincas lake, approximately 50 minutes, at the roots of the Lakes Peak (Maja e Liqenit). It is the most isolated lake of the Sharri mountains and is not easily noticeable, except from the Lakes Peak and from the slope that separates this lake from the Jazhincas Lake. Without a doubt, this is the most attractive lake of the Sharri mountains, probably because its measurements are similar to the size of a pool. The low level of water of this lake is unchangeable the maximum depth this lake reaches is 3.5 metres.
The lakes water colour looks dark, because of the black rocks that lay under the water, while the surrounding rocks are white. The Black Lake has the coldest water from all the other Sharri lakes, because the water source is located 1.5 m above the lake, and has a high volume flow. The length of the lake is approximately 50 m, the width 25 m, while the shape of the lake resembles a heart and is surrounded by huge rocks.
In the Serbian language (i.e. in maps) you can find this lake under the name Malo Jazinacko Jezero.
