Kulla’s Peak is located in the middle of river Radesha’s big valley. Kulla can be seen from the city of Prizren, specifically from the Arbana neighborhood. An interesting characteristic of the mountain is the length of the snow period, since it doesn’t melt with the start of the summer season. Kulla separates two valleys: the valley of Zagrejac river on the left of the peak, and the valley of the Kleç river on the right( This river in old Yugoslav maps can be found under the name of Srednica). These two rivers come together on the front of the peak Kulla and form the river Radesha.

The name of the peak might come from its position, since Kulla in Albanian means Tower (as in watchtower): the peak has a great location for observation. On the left and the right you can observe two valleys, while on the front of the peak there is the huge valley of Radesha river and the Radesha village itself, all the while in the back of the peak there is the Kleç basin.

Kulla Peak has three sides: Radesha’s side, which can be seen from Prizren, the side turned toward the Kleç basin and the side turned towards the Zagrejac valley. The peak has a long ridge and a slope that connects it to the border of Macedonia.

It should be noted the entire peak is located within Kosovo’s territory and is part of the Sharri Mountains.
