This object was built in the second half of the 18th century but rebuilt and renovated in the beginning of the 19th century, when supplementary objects were attached.

In the eastern side of the yard, there is a summer kitchen showcasing traditional details. It's an example of oriental architecture and notable for many decoration inside and also outside in the facade.

The house served mainly as an administrative center (The Sarai of Bejlerbeg) and later as a residence house. It's symmetrically divided in two parts.
